Getty Tech operates the FraglyWZ Tournament Hub website and app. This policy explains the information we use to provide the service.

Information we collect

We may collect account details such as your email address, username and internal user ID; connected Discord account details and roles; tournament entries, teams, results, rankings, statistics, map submissions, VOD links and notes; support messages; payment status, method and transaction reference; and technical information needed for sign-in, security and site analytics.

How we use information

We use this information to operate tournaments, calculate scores and player statistics, manage ranks and teams, sync eligible Discord roles, provide support, record entry-payment status, prevent abuse, secure accounts and improve the service.

Information visible to others

Your username, rank, host region, team membership, tournament performance, leaderboard results and player statistics may be publicly visible. Your email address and payment details are not intentionally displayed publicly.

Service providers

We use service providers including Supabase for hosting, database and authentication; Vercel for hosting and analytics; Discord for connected-account and role features; and Resend for transactional email. Links to PayPal or Cash App take you to those providers, whose own privacy terms apply. We do not store full payment-card or bank-account details.

Cookies and similar technology

We use essential browser storage and cookies to keep you signed in and protect account sessions. Hosting and analytics services may also process technical data such as page visits, browser or device information, and an approximate location derived from network information.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to run and protect the service. You may request account deletion. After verifying ownership, we will delete or anonymise associated personal data unless limited records must be retained for security, dispute resolution, financial, legal or tournament-integrity purposes.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections and access controls. Our providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable safeguards.

Children

FraglyWZ is not directed to children under 13. Users must also meet any higher minimum age that applies where they live and the eligibility rules for each tournament.
